• • dynamics of structural and functional changes of the heart in patients with acute myocardial infarction and metabolic syndrome and their impact on the severity and frequency of complications;

  • state of vascular endothelial function, lipid peroxidation and cytokine profile in patients with acute myocardial infarction and metabolic syndrome (MS) and their role in the development of complications.
